Earn up to 40,000 Flybuys points and save up to $15 each month when you sign up for home internet with Optus and remain connected for three months.
For example, if you sign up for a Home Fast plan (500/50mbps) and bring your own modem it’ll cost you $84 per month but after three months of service you’ll receive 35,000 Flybuys points.
35,000 Flybuys points are worth $175 if redeemed at Coles, Kmart, Officeworks etc. Alternatively, you could convert them to 17,500 Velocity points which are potentially worth a lot more than $175 if used to book business class reward flights.
There’s no reason to stay with Optus after you’ve received the bonus points. They don’t reward loyalty so once the points hit your account you should just take up another introductory offer with a different internet provider.
