
Earn double Status Credits on eligible Qantas flights for you and travellers under your business when you activate this offer on your Qantas Business Rewards account.
After you’ve registered, you have to book an eligible flight by 29 Oct 2025 for travel between 30 Oct 2025 and 11 Oct 2026. Don’t forget to include the business’ ABN number when booking your flights.
You can find the full definition of what constitutes an eligible flight in the terms and conditions below but it’s essentially a Qantas operated domestic or international flight with a QF flight number that would ordinarily earn Status Credits.
The benefit of these double Status Credits promotions is that they make it much easier to move up the ranks of the Qantas status system where you can unlock perks like lounge entry and preferential access to reward seats.
Terms and conditions
To be eligible to register for this offer, you must:
a. Be an existing Qantas Business Rewards member. You do not need to be a GST-registered business to be eligible for this offer;
b. Register your business’ ABN via one of the following: (1) the link provided via the campaign email sent to select Qantas Business Rewards members; (2) through the campaign page qantas.com/qbr/doublestatus; (3) directly in your Qantas Business Rewards Account; or (4) through your travel agent. Other valid registration methods may apply at Qantas’ discretion.
Members who join Qantas Business Rewards between 12:01am (AEDT) 23 October 2025 to 11:59pm (AEDT) 29 October 2025 will be automatically registered for this offer.
For business travellers to earn double Status Credits through this offer they must:
a. Be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program;
b. Make an eligible flight booking between 12.01am (AEDT) 23 October 2025 and 11.59pm (AEDT) 29 October 2025 for travel between 30 October 2025 and 11 October 2026; and
c. Include the registered business’ ABN and each traveller’s Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of booking.
All bookings using your business’ ABN are visible to your business in the Qantas Business Rewards Account. Misuse may result in bookings being ineligible.
Eligible Flights: An Eligible Flight for the purpose of this promotion means a Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on an Australian Domestic or International ticket where Status Credits are normally earned. QF flights operated by Alliance Airlines, Finnair, National Jet, Airlink, Eastern Australia Airlines and Sunstate Airlines are eligible for this offer. Any other flight with a QF flight number on the ticket which is not operated by Qantas including Jetstar, Jetstar Japan and other partner airlines including, but not limited to, Emirates and American Airlines will not be eligible for this offer. All bookings must be new to be eligible. Any new segments added to an existing PNR during the promotional period will not be eligible. Existing PNR for the purpose of this promotion means a PNR booked before 23 October 2025. Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only if you book (regardless of payment date) and travel within the promotional dates listed above. Flights which are ticketed but not booked during the offer period will not be eligible. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside the promotional period, the offer will not apply.
Ineligible members: Members are not eligible for this offer if they: a) have their principal place of business outside of Australia b) have a corporate or other private airfares agreement, discount or rebate provided by Qantas Business Rewards including through a third party arrangement, unless otherwise agreed with Qantas c) are travel agents, travel wholesalers or travel consolidators d) are other sellers or re-sellers of air travel; e) are incorporated entities (except for those Members who joined before 01 Feb 2017); or f) travelling for Commonwealth purposes.
In accordance with Commonwealth policy, this offer is not available to you if you are travelling for Commonwealth purposes. It’s a member’s responsibility that they comply with their organisation’s policies. Members can request to have the Status Credits removed, by calling the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre. Double Status Credits will be credited within 8 weeks after travel. Bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards, Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements. Status Credits are not transferable and will be governed by the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
Conditions: This offer applies to travel taken by Qantas Frequent Flyers under a business ABN that has registered for the offer. Double Status Credits may be earned on multiple eligible flight bookings made during the promotion period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Status Credits offers offered by Qantas. Flights are subject to availability and any applicable fare conditions. Flights can be booked via the Qantas Business Account, Qantas website including the Qantas App, a travel agent, or Qantas Contact Centres. Fees and charges may apply and cannot be waived as part of the offer, including any applicable change or cancellation fees. Flight gift vouchers purchased during the promotion but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking during the promotion period will not be eligible.
Bookings made using flight credits issued prior to 23 October 2025 are eligible for this offer. Flight credits issued on or after 23 October 2025 will not be eligible for this offer. Bookings made using eligible flight credits must be made during the booking window of 23 October 2025 to 29 October 2025. Qantas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review and withhold rewarding bonus Status Credits for bookings suspected of fraud, bad faith, or non-compliance with the terms of this offer (including instances where members are not employees of the business). All decisions made by Qantas are final.
