Of the list which is the most entry level card?
Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer.
I Applied for one two days ago! Haven’t been approved yet though, will I miss this offer?
No guarantees but I’ve seen a number of people claim to have received the bonus points for similar offers in the past despite having applied just before they began.
If the card has an existing bonus points signup offer then do the two offers stack?
Yes, the bonus here is on top of the bonus points offered by the individual cards.
Will the refer a friend for the American Express Velocity Platinum work with this offer?
in the T&C’s:
“excluding applications via the American Express ‘Refer A Friend’ card referral program”
Hello, how do you sign up for this deal? I’ve signed up for an AMEX card through their website but I’m afraid I should have done it through virgin instead?
You have to choose a bonus on the offer page.
Is there a condition to have not held a Velocity point earning card in the last 12 months?
No.
Are the bonus 20k points received once per credit card approved and for which the minimum spend has been met? Or is it a once off 20k bonus regardless on the amount of approved cards from the list?
Basically, will I get 40k bonus points if I apply and am approved for two cards from the list of eligible cards and meet the spend requirements for both?
T&Cs state: “The Offer is limited to one Runway Upgrade per Eligible Credit Card application”. So it looks like this runway upgrade (in my case the $20k bonus) is per eligible credit card application. So my understanding is if you select the 20k bonus upgrade, and are approved and meet the spend criteria for multiple cards, you will receive 20k points once per card.
