Hey do you have any good combo suggestions that make this better value for money than shopping at Aldi? E.g buy 3 tins of 3L olive oil or something? Cheers!
Check out your offers in the app and if they suit your requirements get them too
The standard pricing on items at Woolworths and Coles isn’t real because they’re so often discounted. If you just buy products that are on special the cost of your shop works out to be more or less the same as at ALDI (arguably cheaper once you factor in things like points, discounted gift cards and 10% off discounts).
Still, I wouldn’t recommend buying things you don’t need just to take advantage of this offer. It’s easy to find yourself spending more than you save if you do that.
I’d also be careful with the products that the Everyday Rewards app gives you bonus points on. Often the amount of points you earn pales in comparison to the discounts those same items will receive if you just wait a week or two.
Can you do this promotion a few times during the offer or only once
The terms and conditions haven’t been released yet but my guess is that you only earn the bonus once.
These are similar to the promos WW often sends me, with a bonus if I spend $340+. Completely useless to me, I’m not trying to feed a small village!
Do you need to spend in one shop?
Yes it has to be in one shop. I’ve added the full terms and conditions above now that they’ve been released.
Do you think gift cards will be excluded?
Almost certainly.
