Anyone else having trouble linking their Velocity membership number? I signed in, but there is no Velocity field under account details (even though the FAQs say it should be there). I can see the VIP Club promo and follow the links, but it just goes to payment without asking for my Velocity number.
You put it in after checkout and payment. Can also be entered apparently anytime before the second payment for the bonus points.

UPDATE: You need to pay the $50 VIP Club fee first, and only then will it prompt you to enter your Velocity membership number.
Can existing members get any points for upgrading their membership to $50 month.

I use to be a member in 2019, still have an account – brought $50 of tickets once in 2019 but I am not a member anymore, would I be entitled to this bonus offer as a “new member”
It sounds like you’d be eligible but if in doubt you can always give them a call or send them a message to get some definitive clarification.
Tried to use the Mastercard Gift card purchased from Coles a few months ago when they had the 2000 flybuys points promo running.

I signed up 18th September. My second month subscription appeared on the AMEX 17th October. It’s now the 21st October and the Velocity Points have not landed in my account.

Just tried to sign up for my husband, and they’ve changed it to only 5,000 points! Very disappointing!
If you’re still signed in to your own account it will show up as 5,000. You need to sign out and then it should appear as 10,000 again.

Hi, I have made the second payment 5 days ago, but the points have not landed yet. To people who were able to get it sorted after emailing Velocity, what is the email address? I can’t seem to find the email address on their website.

Can’t share photo here, but something very odd must have happened. I have a screenshot, the website did temporarily change it to 5k points, but you are correct, it is currently listed at 10k points again! How odd.
