When they ran the same offer in 2023, I received the 1,000 points about a month after signing up. It didn’t matter that I had already cancelled my free trial weeks earlier.

Does the email id on velocity points and the email id you sign up with Foxtel needs to be the same?

The start now link on foxtel website asks for email address to start and then it asks for a password? Um, I haven’t created the account?

It’s still current. You don’t link the two accounts. Instead, your Foxtel Now signup is tracked when you click through the link on the Velocity eStore page after signing into your Velocity account.
Can I cancel the foxtel subscription as soon as I sign up to it so I don’t forget? Or I need to cancel closer to the 10 day expiry?
I cancelled an day after signing up.

It took about a month when I did it last.
Can I do 10 trials with 10 different cards for 10,000 points?

Hi, who should I contact if I didn’t receive the points? Foxtel or Velocity? I joined end of May – I don’t know if I should keep waiting
You can submit a missing points claim but I’d only do so if 35+ days have passed since you signed up.
Have just signed up, the cancel subscription button is greyed out?
Just a touch nervous, does this button appear clickable after a day?
