Earn 250 Velocity points for free when you link your Velocity Frequent Flyer account to your me&u account. Plus, you can earn an ongoing 1x Velocity point per $5 spent via me&u.
me&u is a service that lets you order from QR codes on tables at participating restaurants. The 100 Velocity points instantly credit to your account after linking whilst the ongoing points should arrive within 24 hours of each eligible order.
You also have the option of using your Velocity points to pay but this is a bad idea as you will get much more value out of your points when using them to book reward flights.
The earn rate of 1x point per $5 spent is also quite ungenerous when you consider that Coles and Woolworths routinely offer 10x Velocity or Qantas points per dollar spent on generic restaurant gift cards that you can use almost anywhere that serves food.

100 bonus Velocity Points Linking Offer Terms and Conditions
From 12.00pm AEDT on 24 November 2025 (unless extended, varied or removed by me&u or Velocity), Velocity Members will earn 100 bonus Velocity Points after successfully linking their Velocity account with their me&u account. Velocity Terms and Conditions and exclusions apply.
The 100 bonus Velocity Points offer can only be earned once per Velocity Member. This offer is not valid with any other bonus Velocity Points offer, excluding the 150 bonus Velocity Points offer.
Additional 150 bonus Velocity Points Linking Offer Terms & Conditions
Between 11:59pm AEDT on 2 February 2026 and AEDT 8 March 2026 (Offer Period), Velocity Members can earn an additional 150 bonus Velocity Points if they successfully link their Velocity and me&u accounts during the Offer Period.
The additional 150 bonus Velocity Points offer can only be earned once per Velocity Member. This offer is not valid with any other bonus Velocity Points offer, excluding the 100 bonus Velocity Points offer.
If the Velocity Member meets the eligibility requirements for this offer, the bonus Velocity Points will be allocated to the Velocity Member’s Velocity membership account within 24 hours of successfully linking their Velocity and me&u accounts.

That is an especially poor earn rate considering it’s 1pt per $1 with DoorDash (and Didi, but that’s a different category of spending).

Strange. I thought maybe it could be a targeted offer but they’re advertising it on the home page of the Velocity website so it should be open to everyone. If the extra 150 points don’t arrive within 24 hours contact Velocity and hopefully they’ll just manually credit them.
