Assuming the same as normal if you had held them previously you are still eligible for the bonus points as its a new service?
It only says new service, not new customer, but if you want to be extra safe you can get them to confirm your eligibility over live chat so you have proof if anything goes wrong.
Can you bring across a eero modem?
If it works with your existing NBN provider then you should have no problems using it with Optus.
Can you use either the TCB offer or finder offer and claim this velocity offer?
I signed up for this and they pinged me with a credit check. Has absolutely decimated my score right as I’m about to start property hunting, not that your score matters a huge amount, but just an FYI to anyone considering the offer.
Do we know if all internet providers do this? Was looking to switch to the one running with EDR, but it’s not worth it if I’m credit checked again
