You can only earn the bonus points once. In addition to the 1,000 points, you’ll also receive the points offered by the particular partner you choose to shop with (e.g. 2x points per dollar spent).
The Velocity eStore works just like Qantas Shopping or a cashback service. By clicking through the links on the eStore page, Velocity are able to track the details of your purchase on the brand’s website.
If you’re having trouble signing into the Velocity eStore website, try searching for the brand you’re interested in via the Earn tab of the Velocity app as that also seems to work.
Available retailers on the Velocity eStore include Apple, eBay, Giftz, Myer, Chemist Warehouse, David Jones as well as hundreds of others.
Note that each brand on the Velocity eStore will have different eligibility requirements to earn points so make sure you check that before shopping. For example, Apple’s page currently excludes all iPhone 17 models.
Whilst Giftz exclude a large number of gift cards, there are still several popular options that appear to be eligible such as Amazon, eBay and Ultimate Everyone (redeemable at Uber, Officeworks, JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys etc).
Earning 1,000 bonus points plus the standard 2x points on a $50 gift card works out to be a very impressive 22x Velocity points per dollar spent. However, don’t expect them to be credited for at least a month.
Terms and conditions
To be eligible for the 1,000 bonus Velocity Points offer (Points Offer), Velocity members must: (1) activate this Points Offer through the activation link on the Velocity website or app between 12.01am AEST 23 January 2026 and 11.59pm AEST 28 February 2026 inclusive (Offer Period); (2) once the Points Offer is activated, shop via the Velocity Frequent Flyer e-Store and spend $50 or more on a single transaction on eligible products during the Offer Period.

If you go to the Earn tab of the Velocity app and search for the brand you’re interested in you should be able to access it that way. Hopefully it still tracks!

Second thanks: until now I had no idea that Giftz was on the Velocity e-Store so this is an excellent stacking opportunity during the Giftz credit card promotions.
DId you get your tracking etc? The login issue is still happening so just want to check before purchasing!
Still no tracking email for me and I bought through the Velocity app. If the points don’t automatically credit I’ll just submit a missing points claim so I’m not worried.
If you want to try something different, the Velocity eStore Chrome extension appears to be working as I was just able to install it and sign in.
Update: I just received an email from Velocity confirming that my $50 Giftz purchase made via the Velocity app has been successfully tracked.

Anyone else having issues logging into the Velocity eStore?
Doesn’t work via the app / earn section either. I can navigate to the pre store page but then it forces me to log in to shop (even though I’m logged in, in the app). Doing the log in produces the same error page others have mentioned.
I couldn’t find Ultimate Everyone Gift Card. Is it possible?
If you search ‘Ultimate Everyone’ on the Giftz website you should see it.
