Red Energy have previously run promotions where you can earn up to 30,000 Qantas points instead of the usual 15,000. However, the last time they did this was in Feb 2025 and it only applied to Victorian residents so it’s not a frequent offer.

Do you know what is considered a new customer? Someone who was with red energy before on the same address but cancelled more than 12 months ago. is that considered a new customer?
I believe it is once per customer per address.
Had the same question, if you read the T&C on the offer page, it says 12 months if switched from Red. You should be fine.

Does anyone know if this is based on address AND customer? Or just customer? At home we have Red Energy but under my wife’s name. Idk if I change it to the same address but now under mine, the bonus will apply?
