This offer is available to both new and returning customers and you can earn the 2,000 bonus points on up to three qualifying bookings. In addition to the bonus points, you’ll also earn the standard 1x Qantas point per dollar spent.
The terms and conditions state that the “offer does not apply to bookings made with vouchers” so it sounds like you may not be able to double dip by paying with Airbnb gift cards you earned 3x Qantas points per dollar on via Qantas Marketplace.
It’s possible this limitation isn’t enforced but to be safe, you should avoid using gift cards to pay unless you’re spending over $666 per booking in which case the guaranteed 3x points from gift cards would exceed the potential 2,000 bonus points.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members will be awarded up to 2,000 bonus Qantas Points when they make a booking with Airbnb between 16 June 2025 to 25 June 2025 via qantas.com/airbnb for travel and check-out on or before 24 June 2026. Limit of 3 bookings during the campaign period. First time Airbnb bookings earn 500 bonus points and an additional 1,500 bonus Qantas Points for bookings over AU$150. Returning members earn 2,000 bonus Qantas Points for bookings over AU$150. Members will also earn 1 Qantas Point per AUD $1 value or equivalent in foreign currency on Airbnb bookings made through qantas.com/airbnb. Points awarded will be based on the currency spent and the equivalent in Australian dollars and may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates. Qantas Points will not be earned on cancelled, refunded or amended bookings. The offer does not apply to bookings made with vouchers. This offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer. For first time bookings, the bonus Qantas Points will be applied in two transactions: (1) 500 Qantas Points awarded within 24 hours; and (2) 1,500 Qantas Points awarded within 8 weeks after check-out. For returning members, Qantas Points will be credited within 8 weeks after check-out.
