I’m trying to understand the T&Cs of these 2 rewards programs:
– do the offers stack, i.e sign up to both and on a standard Coles shop you get 1 regular point plus 2 bonus points × the two reward programs, so 5 points in total?
– do you have to scan BOTH your Flybuys and Coles barcode to get the bonus points?

The offers stack but you won’t earn 5x Flybuys points, just 3x points because each subscription adds an extra point on top of the standard 1x point per dollar. You only have to scan one card.
Does this work with the gift card offer?
I’m all the way to the last step and my credit card verification shows that they want to charge me $19. Is this normal?
Did you enter the code? I had to provide my payment details but I wasn’t charged anything.
Can I scan my flybuys card, instead of the Coles app, and still get the benefits?
You can just scan your Flybuys card.
It says ‘Missing a monthly payment or cancelling your membership will void this offer.’ Do you take this as cancelling after 3 months you will be charged the 3 months in arrears? Thanks Emily
There’s no way they would charge you for three months just because you cancelled before or after you used them up. If there was a requirement that you had to remain a paying customer for a certain amount of time to qualify for the free three months then that would need to be clearly stated in the terms and conditions which it isn’t.
if i am already an online member do i just upgrade?
If you’re already subscribed to Coles Plus or Coles Plus Saver then you’d need to cancel and sign up again. I’m not sure if you’d be able to do that immediately or if you would have to wait until the remaining time on your subscription runs out at which point this promotion will have ended.
