25,000 Everyday Rewards points and a $100 bill credit when you sign up to Origin internet

Receive 25,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points when you sign up for an NBN or Opticomm fibre internet plan through Origin as a new customer. Plus, you can also receive a $100 bill credit if your plan is still active on 31 Dec 2025.

To make it easier to unlock the $100 bill credit, you should delay signing up until later in November or set your connection date to be 28 days in the future.

25,000 Everyday Rewards points is equivalent to $125 if redeemed at Woolworths, Big W, BWS etc or 12,500 Qantas points (potentially worth a lot more than $125 depending on how you redeem them).

The terms and conditions state that the bonus points will credit approximately 45 days after sign up but the last two times I took advantage of one of these Origin internet offers they arrived around day 32.

A ten month waiting period applies if you’ve previously earned bonus points from Origin internet. If you’re unsure about your current eligibility, speak to Origin on live chat so you have definitive proof.

There is no lock-in contract but you will lose access to the complimentary Amazon Prime membership at the end of the month you cancel your internet in.

Origin’s internet plans are pricer than some of their competitors but it’s still worth signing up for the bonus points and bill credit. After that, you can simply switch to another cheaper provider.

    1. There’s no lock in contract. The last two times I signed up I cancelled about a month later.
