Earn 5x Velocity points per dollar spent on the Apple website when you click through the Velocity eStore before completing your purchase.
What makes this offer interesting is that it should stack with the current 20x Everyday Rewards points bonus on Apple gift cards at Woolworths, meaning you could earn 10x Qantas points and 5x Velocity points when buying a new Mac, iPad, Apple Watch etc.
Whilst the terms and conditions on Apple’s Velocity eStore page state that you cannot use gift cards, they don’t say anything about paying with an Apple account balance which can be loaded with up to $4,999 in gift cards.
Apple’s page on Qantas Shopping also mentions the same thing about gift cards but it has long been the case that you can earn those points by paying with an Apple account balance so it’s likely to work on the Velocity eStore too.
However, make sure you’re not buying one of the items that are specifically excluded because they definitely won’t qualify for the 5x points:

Normally they only exclude new products for a couple of months after they are first released but the iPhone 17 range has been ineligible for an unusually long period of eight months.

Any way around getting points for an iPhone 17?…ie buy a laptop via velocity store and then return/exchange for an iPhone?..anyone done something like this and got it to work?
