Do you know what is considered a new customer? Someone who was with red energy before on the same address but cancelled more than 12 months ago. is that considered a new customer?
I believe it is once per customer per address.
Had the same question, if you read the T&C on the offer page, it says 12 months if switched from Red. You should be fine.
