The $30 TCN Cinema gift card is the highlight of this offer as it works out to be 34x points per dollar spent. However, as recently as March Coles offered 41x points on the $50 version of this gift card so it’s still not the best we’ve seen.
Some of the other TCN gift cards in this offer can be spent at places like JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Uber and more, although with those ones you’ll only earn a maximum of 21x points.

How it works
Scan your Flybuys card when you purchase these gift cards in-store at Coles between 27 May and 2 Jun 2026 and you will earn 1,000 bonus Flybuys points on each gift card up to a maximum of five times.
The included gift cards are:
- TCN Cinema: $30, $50

At Coles you aren’t told at the time of purchase if you’ve successfully earned the points but they should credit to your account 1-3 days later. These days it’s normal for the bonus points to lag behind the standard points by a day or two (sometimes more).
Keep in mind that the purchase limit for this promotion is five gift cards in total per Flybuys account. It’s not five of each gift card or five per day.
You don’t need to activate this offer in order to earn the bonus points. It won’t be advertised in the Flybuys app, only in the Coles catalogue and on posters displayed in-store.
The $30 TCN Cinema gift card represents the best value in this offer at 34x points per dollar spent but the $50 gift cards are still decent at 21x points.
The $100 and $200 TCN Eftpos gift cards should be avoided as their $5.95-7.95 purchase fees exceed the value of the points that you will earn.
