- Sign up to e-Rewards, making sure to enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer number.
- Complete your first survey within 90 days of signing up.
- You will receive an email confirming you have met the criteria to receive the free points.
- Points should arrive within a week despite the terms stating it will take 6-8 weeks.
Note that you can continue to earn Velocity points by completing more surveys; 2,000 e-Rewards Opinion Points converts to 500 Velocity points.
