Points Club and Points Club Plus members will earn an additional 25% and 50% points, respectively. Qantas Business Rewards members will collect an extra 3x points on behalf of their business.
The points should arrive in your account within eight weeks of checkout, although they usually credit quite a bit quicker than that.
Whilst this isn’t necessarily a bad offer, it’s still not as good as the 9x points bonuses that Qantas Hotels used to frequently run. It’s disappointing to see yet another example of Qantas making it harder for members to earn and redeem points.
Before booking accomodation, it’s always smart to see what other deals are available. The hotels page on Rewardist is worth a look as you can often earn 10-14% cashback when booking through sites like Wotif, Expedia, Trip.com and Booking.com.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members will earn 7 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on all hotel stays booked through qantas.com/hotels and holiday packages booked through qantas.com/holidays, from 12:01am (AEDT) 19 March 2026 until 11:59pm (AEDT) 25 March 2026 for travel until 25 March 2027. The price you pay will be the actual non-rounded price (which will be slightly less). The amount of Qantas Points you earn will be based on the actual price you pay, not the rounded up price. Qantas Business Rewards members will earn 10 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on all hotels booked through their Qantas Business Rewards Account made up of 7 Qantas Points for the Frequent Flyer and 3 Qantas Points for the business. Bookings made for Accor hotel offers during the campaign period will earn 7 Qantas Points per A$1 value instead of the standard 4 Qantas Points. Points Club members will earn 25% more Qantas Points, and Points Club Plus members will earn 50% more Qantas Points. This offer applies to bookings made with Deposit Pay on select properties, eligibility criteria and conditions apply. Qantas Points can be earned on purchases made with credit/debit card only and the credit/debit card component of Points Plus Pay purchases, conditions apply.
