Earn 10,000 bonus Qantas points when you download the Sniip app as a new customer, link your Qantas account, enter the promo code POINTS10K and pay three separate eligible bills totalling $2,500 within 60 days.
10,000 points is quite a step up from their previous offer of 2,000 points. It’s even better than the 5,000 points bonus they had when they first launched their partnership with Qantas in 2025.
An eligible bill is defined as “a bill with a BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number transaction, as well as a bill with non-BPAY (payment to a biller’s BSB & Account Number)”. Direct to biller (Sniip QR code) payments are not eligible to earn points.
Your payment method must be a “valid Australian-issued Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, American Express card or international/overseas issued debit and credit cards”.
In addition to the 10,000 bonus points, you will also collect 1x Qantas point for every $10 you transact through Sniip.
Sniip’s fees are often prohibitively expensive for everyday use but if you’ve got a few bills you can pay it’s worth signing up just for the 10,000 bonus points.
Thanks to The Points Coach for first spotting this offer.
What are 10,000 Qantas points worth?
It depends how you choose to redeem them:
Terms and conditions
Bonus Qantas Points offer: To earn 10,000 bonus Qantas Points with Sniip, you must (a) link your Qantas Frequent Flyer account to the Sniip app in the ‘Loyalty’ menu prior to transacting, (b) enter the relevant promotional code POINTS10K in the ‘Rewards’ menu prior to transacting and (c) transact a minimum of $2,500 in total over three (3) separate bill payments (different billers) within Sniip, on eligible payment methods and eligible transaction types as detailed below within the first 60 days of entering the promo code. Offer commenced 2 March 2026. Offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
The bonus Qantas Points offer is available to new Sniip customers only. A ‘new’ Sniip customer is defined in 6.8 (g) Fair‑Use of Promotional Codes and Sniip Discretion in the Sniip Terms and Conditions. Existing Sniip customers, or customers who have previously held a Sniip account, are ineligible for this offer. The bonus Qantas Points offer is not available on direct to biller (Sniip QR code) payments.
The processing fee does not count toward the minimum spend for this offer. The bonus Qantas Points offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code offer – the first offer added is the reward you will receive and cannot be changed once applied.

Could I pay my credit card bill in full using SNIP? Would you advise doing this for the points?
I just tried to pay my amex with sniip and amex only lets you pay with a bank account which doesn’t count towards the spend for this deal.
I forgot to enter the promo code on set up, too late?
Can you not still add the code? If not, message Sniip support.
I tried adding the promo code, but it didn’t work :/ I guess I’ll need to call them to load it from the back end…
HI, I just added it in mine. Go to the main menu from 3 line menu in top left, go to Rewards and add it in there.
Once you have met the required spend, any idea how long the points take to hit your account? I have tried finding it in the T&Cs but can’t seem to find it.
Within 30 days I believe.
Will paying my mortgage count?
What about paying rent using bank account?
Payments made via bank account aren’t eligible.
I already have a Sniip account and have madr payments using it in the past. Has anyone tried creating a new account to take advantage of the offer? I’m guessing they might require a different mobile number?
I joined SNIIP with the previous 2k points offer – didn’t actually get the 2K points as I was a bit slack but I kept using the service as I have AMEX – saw this new 10K offer and signed my partner up – BUT I used my phone to create his account – they flagged his new account and voided the promo code – tried to resolve with customer care but they were adamant
Same happened to me but with the credit card payment. They said my husband is not eligible 🤦🏻♀️
I would like to pay rent using my debit card to a bank account. Will I get the points? Thanks 🙂
