Earn 20x Flybuys points per dollar spent on all denominations of Apple gift cards when you buy them in-store at Coles. Apple gift cards can be used to pay for devices (e.g. iPhone, Mac, iPad etc), apps, music and subscriptions and more.
If you purchased $1,500 worth of Apple gift cards to pay for a new iPhone, for example, you’d collect 30,000 Flybuys points, redeemable for $150 worth of groceries or 15,000 Velocity points.

How it works
Purchase Apple gift cards in-store at Coles between 2 Jul and 8 Jul 2025 and scan your Flybuys card when paying to earn 20x points per dollar spent, usually credited 1-3 days after your purchase.
You don’t need to activate anything and this offer won’t be shown in your app or on the Flybuys website, just the Coles catalogue for 2 Jul 2025. There might also be posters advertising the promotion at the in-store gift card display.
There’s a daily purchase limit of five gift cards, meaning the most you could buy in a single day is $2,500 worth of gift cards if you loaded $500 onto five of the variable load Apple gift cards.
You can pay for devices online using your Apple account balance (loaded with up to $4,999 worth of gift cards) plus another eight unredeemed gift cards on top. Refer to the Apple gift card guide on GCDB for more info on how they can be used.

If I need 5 cards, do I need to buy them at one time in a day? Can I buy one in the morning and buy another 4 in the afternoon?
That would be perfectly fine.
We haven’t see any Mastercard offers much this year, do you think they will be coming soon?
There’s been a few this year but they’ve all been useless because they excluded the only denomination worth buying: the $25-500 variable load card.
We’ve seen them experiment with lower value offers before only to bring the good ones back but after six months I’m not confident that will ever happen – especially since the same thing is also happening with the prepaid gift cards at Coles. Still, you never know. Maybe after they see their poor sales for the last financial year they’ll decide to stop being so miserly?
