Earn 20x Flybuys points per dollar spent on all denominations of Luxury Escapes, Event Cinemas and Village Cinemas gift cards in-store at Coles.
This offer is a great way to earn Flybuys or Velocity points on your Luxury Escapes bookings as you can buy up to $2,500 worth of gift cards and earn 25,000 Velocity points or $250 worth of Flybuys Dollars.
Here are the details:
- Runs from Wed 25 Jun to Tue 1 Jul 2025
- Only available in-store at Coles
- Limit of five gift cards per day
- Limit of 50,000 points per Flybuys account
- This offer is open to everyone and does not require activation
- Points are usually credited in 1-3 days
How it works
Scan your Flybuys card when purchasing Luxury Escapes, Event Cinemas and Village Cinemas gift cards in-store at Coles between 25 Jun and 1 Jul 2025 and you will earn 20x Flybuys points per dollar spent, usually credited 1-3 days later.
There’s a daily purchase limit of five gift cards and you can only earn up to a maximum of 50,000 points, meaning at most you could buy five $100-500 Luxury Escapes gift cards each loaded with $500 for a total of $2,500. If you need more, you’ll have to use another Flybuys account (e.g. a family member’s).
If you’re interested in buying the Event or Village gift cards, it’s worth mentioning that they’re often included in promotions on ShopBack and other places where you can save 15-18% – that’s a lot better than 20x points. Keep an eye on GCDB.com.au to find out about those sorts of offers.

Thanks for this.
Does anyone know if you can apply luxury escapes vouchers for bookings when also using the Citibank discount code (I think it’s 10 or 15% off)?
They add as credit to your account (rather than paying with them at checkout) so assume so
