Earn 20x Flybuys points per dollar spent on Apple gift cards at Coles. These gift cards can be used to pay for almost any product or service sold by Apple (devices, apps, music, subscriptions etc) and they never expire.

- Only available in-store at Coles.
- Limit of 50,000 points per day per Flybuys account.
- This offer is open to everyone and does not require activation.
How many gift cards can I buy?
Essentially, you can buy up to $2,500 worth of Apple gift cards every day of the promotion. To take advantage of this offer, simply scan your Flybuys card when purchasing an eligible gift card at Coles during the dates mentioned above and the points will appear in your Flybuys account at around 5pm on the next day.
You can only use a maximum of eight gift cards at a time at Apple but there’s an easy work around; you can redeem up to $4,999 worth of gift cards to your Apple account balance and use that at checkout plus another eight unredeemed gift cards on top.
Double dip
Don’t forget to click through the Apple page on Qantas Shopping to earn an extra 1 Qantas point per dollar spent on your Apple purchases. The Velocity eStore also offers the ability to earn 2 Velocity points per dollar spent at Apple but, unlike Qantas Shopping, its terms and conditions appear to exclude the use of gift cards so you may not receive the points.
It’s also worth mentioning that Apple will price match other retailers up to a maximum of 10% off. You can obtain a price match by calling Apple at 133-622 and you can pay using gift cards you’ve added to your Apple account balance. Note that if you price match you can’t also earn points from Qantas Shopping or the Velocity eStore.
How many points will I earn?

One last thing to keep in mind is that a small number of people have reported receiving tampered Apple gift cards from Coles and Woolworths that cannot be redeemed. Tampered cards are often hard to open and the cards inside the packet sometimes have the wrong dollar amount on them. The serial number on the outside of the gift card packet also won’t match the one on the inside. Check your gift cards before leaving the store and if you notice that some have been tampered with, insist that you are refunded.
