Earn triple Velocity points when you activate this offer and book an eligible Virgin Australia flight by 4 Dec 2025 for travel between 2 Dec 2025 and 27 Oct 2026.
Eligible flights are any domestic, trans-Tasman or short haul international flights that are both operated and marketed by Virgin Australia. They also have to be flights that would normally earn points.
There’s no limit on how many times you can earn the triple points. Expect them to be credited within four weeks of each flight taking place.
As part of their Travel Tuesday promotion, Velocity are also offering triple points on DiDi rides, hotels, car hire and selected other partners.
Terms and conditions
*To be eligible for the Travel Tuesday triple Points promotion you must (1) Activate this offer through the activation link between 12.01am AEST 2 December 2025 and 11.59pm AEST 4 December 2025 inclusive (Promotion Period); (2) after offer activation, book and ticket an Eligible Flight during the Promotion Period and enter a valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking; and (3) complete travel on the Eligible Flight booked during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Flight is any Domestic, Trans-Tasman or International Short Haul Virgin Australia marketed and operated flight for travel between 2 December 2025 and 27 October 2026 (inclusive) that normally accrues Points. Points cannot be earned on Velocity Reward Seat bookings. Codeshare services marketed or operated by partner airlines are not eligible for this offer. Bonus Velocity Points will be earned in addition to base Velocity Points earned. Bonus Points will be applied to the originally purchased fare class and any upgrades (other than when you paid the full commercial fare) will not attract Bonus Points as a result of this offer. There is no limit on the amount of times this offer can be redeemed. You should allow up to 4 weeks after completion of travel for the bonus Velocity Points to be allocated.
Platinum Plus, Platinum, Gold and Silver members also earn a Points bonus in addition to the Base Points earned. Silver members will receive an additional 50% Points; Gold members will receive an additional 75% Points; and Platinum Plus and Platinum members will receive an additional 100% Points. The Points bonus does not apply to Economy Lite fares. Base Points refers to the minimum number of Points that can be earned for an eligible activity or transaction by a Red member.
