Earn 20x Everyday Rewards points per dollar spent on all denominations of Apple gift cards at Woolworths.
For example, if you spent $1,800 on Apple gift cards to pay for a new iPhone, iPad, Mac etc, you would collect a total of 36,000 Everyday Rewards points (worth $180 or convertible to 18,000 Qantas points).
Woolworths have never run a 20x points offer on Apple gift cards in September or October (when the new iPhone models are released) so if you know you’ll be making a purchase over the next couple of months, you might want to stock up now.
If you’re only interested in earning Qantas points, you would be better off going with the current offer on Qantas Marketplace.
Here are the details:
- Runs from Wed 12 Aug to Tue 18 Aug 2026
- Only available in-store at Woolworths
- Limit of ten gift cards per day
- This offer is open to everyone and does not require activation
How it works
All you have to do to earn the 20x points is buy Apple gift cards in-store at Woolworths between 12 Aug and 18 Aug 2026 and scan your Everyday Rewards card at the checkout. The points usually credit instantly after you pay.
This offer won’t be shown in the Everyday Rewards app, only in the Woolworths catalogue and on in-store posters (if staff choose to put them up). No activation or “boosting” is required as all Everyday Rewards members are eligible for the 20x points.
You can buy up to ten gift cards per day. Since the largest Apple gift card denomination at Woolworths is the variable card that can be loaded with up to $500, that means you could buy as much as $5,000 in Apple gift cards in a single day and earn 100,000 Everyday Rewards points.
Apple will let you pay for devices online using an Apple account balance (loaded with up to $4,999 in gift cards) plus another eight gift cards on top, meaning very large purchases are possible using gift cards alone.
If you’re new to these Apple offers, this guide on GCDB it worth reading as it explains how they work and also includes tips on how you can save even more (e.g. price matching, Qantas Shopping, GST refunds etc).
One thing to keep in mind is that some Apple retail locations in Australia are currently not accepting in-store gift card redemptions, with customers instead directed to place online delivery orders instead.
Apple gift card tampering
You should always tear open and check Apple gift cards for signs of tampering before you purchase them. Remove the sticker covering the redemption code to see if any characters have been removed or modified. See here for more information.
