Earn 20x Everyday Rewards points per dollar spent on TCN Him, Kids, Shop, Party and Baby gift cards at Woolworths.
Participating retailers on some of these gift cards include JB Hi-Fi (in-store only), The Good Guys and many more. Scroll down for a complete list of where each gift card can be used.
Here are the details:
- Runs from Wed 22 Oct to Tue 28 Oct 2025
- Only available in-store at Woolworths
- For $20-500 TCN Kids, a limit of two per day
- For all other gift cards, a limit of ten per day
- This offer is open to everyone and does not require activation
How it works
Scan your Everyday Rewards membership card when you purchase these gift cards in-store at Woolworths between 22 Oct and 28 Oct 2025 and you’ll receive 20x points per dollar spent, instantly credited to your account.
Be careful that you don’t exceed the purchase limits as they vary depending on the gift card denomination. The $20-500 variable load TCN Kids gift card has a limit of two cards per day whilst for the rest it’s a more generous limit of ten per day.
Officially, these are overall purchase limits but in previous Woolworths promotions the limits have actually been per gift card type. If that’s still the case, you should be able to buy ten TCN Him, ten TCN Party, ten TCN Shop etc gift cards all on the same day.
If you’re planning a purchase at JB Hi-Fi or The Good Guys, you can use unlimited gift cards in-store. For online shops, however, you can only use two gift cards at The Good Guys and zero at JB Hi-Fi as TCN have recently disabled the ability to swap your physical gift card for a digital JB Hi-Fi gift card.
If you’re attempting to swap your physical TCN gift card and it gives you an error, register each card first and then try again. That almost always solves the issue.
If you’re wondering why this promotion isn’t appearing in your Everyday Rewards app, that’s because they usually only advertise them in-store and in the Woolworths catalogue. All members are eligible and you don’t need to activate anything.

TCN gift card scams
TCN gift cards are sometimes targeted by scammers. The way this scam works is that criminals record the details on the physical gift cards in-store so that they can quickly swap them for digital gift cards on the TCN website after an unsuspecting customer has paid to activate them.
Whilst there are signs that you can check for to reduce the likelihood of being scammed (refer to the image below), sometimes a TCN gift card can have no visible indications of tampering and still have its balance drained by a scammer.
The good news is that you are entitled to a refund if your gift card has been used fraudulently but it’s often not a quick and easy process.
The best way to get a refund for a faulty gift card is to contact Woolworths Gift Cards customer care. Dealing with TCN directly is another option but they don’t have a very good reputation for customer service.
Personally, I am still happy to buy these TCN gift cards for my own immediate use but I wouldn’t feel particularly comfortable holding onto them for long periods of time or giving them as gifts – at least until they do something to stop these scams.

For the new TCN JbHiFi rules [being unable to swap for e-voucher], are you able to instead purchase a JbHiFi specific gift card in store to then use online? Was hoping to get some online-only purchases.
Officially, no but it I believe it is still technically possible and you do hear often hear of people claiming that they were able to do it. Some staff may refuse if they notice what you’re attempting to do.
Not being able to swap the cards for a digital JB card really takes away the appeal.
Here to ask the same question.
I work in retail and we can place orders for the customer in store for something we have out of stock or online only to be delivered to their house. Hope theu can do this too
If my Teen card has been drained and there was no evidence of tampering, is it a Woolworths issue or TCN issue?
Per the ACCC:
Woolworths will often tell you that there’s nothing that they can do but you should continue to press them for a refund. You can also choose to deal with TCN directly if you want but they’ve been known to make people jump through absurd hoops like filing police reports and making statutory declarations.
