Earn 20x Everyday Rewards points per dollar spent on all denominations of Apple gift cards in-store at Woolworths. Apple gift cards can be used to buy devices, apps, subscriptions and more.
As an example, if you bought $1,500 worth of Apple gift cards to pay for a new iPhone you would earn 30,000 Everyday Rewards points, redeemable for $150 worth of groceries or 15,000 Qantas points.

How it works
Just scan your Everyday Rewards card when buying Apple gift cards in-store at Woolworths between 28 May and 3 Jun 2025 and you’ll instantly earn 20x points per dollar spent.
There’s a daily purchase limit of ten fixed value Apple gift cards and ten variable load cards, meaning it should theoretically be possible to buy as much as $7,000 worth in a single day (ten $200 cards and ten variables loaded with $500).
You’ll find this offer in the Woolworths catalogue. They also sometimes advertise them in-store and in the Everyday Rewards app but you don’t need to activate or “boost” anything to participate.
Apple will let you pay for a device online using your Apple account balance (loaded with up to $4,999 worth of gift cards) plus another eight unredeemed gift cards on top. This article on GCDB has more detailed more information about using Apple gift cards.
Before buying an Apple device, it’s always a good idea to see if another retailer (e.g. Amazon, Officeworks etc) is selling it for less as Apple will price match them up to 10% off if you call 133-622. You can pay over the phone using your gift cards or account balance.
If you’re checking out on the Apple website, it might be worth clicking through their Qantas Shopping page to potentially earn an extra 1x Qantas point per dollar spent. Officially, Qantas Shopping excludes purchases made with gift cards but this isn’t necessarily enforced.
Apple gift card tampering
Scammers can sometimes damage or replace the redemption codes for physical Apple gift cards. For that reason, we recommend opening up Apple gift cards before you pay for them to ensure that they haven’t been tampered with.
Carefully examine the redemption codes on your gift cards to see if any characters have been scratched off or modified (this could be as subtle as changing an L to look like an I, a Z to look like 7 and so on). More info here.

Last year in June Woolworths ran a 20x points offer on the TCN Gift gift cards (redeemable at The Good Guys) so perhaps they’ll do so again.
They had one this year, because we used it when we bought a massage gun
Can you purchase the Woolworths cards from the qantas marketplace to get the 3x points qantas points and then use that gift card to buy these?
You can’t use Woolworths or WISH gift cards to purchase other gift cards at Woolworths, unfortunately.
How long are Apple gift cards are valid for (after the purchase)?
Apple gift cards do not expire ever but as a general rule I wouldn’t recommend buying gift cards unless you plan to use them within six months of purchase.

It’s active. They sometimes advertise them in the app but not usually. In any case, you don’t need to boost anything as all members are automatically eligible to earn the 20x points.
