The TCN Pamper is a surprisingly versatile gift card that works at hair salons, barbers as well as a variety of other business types (including cosmetics retailers such as Mecca).
Here are the details:
- Runs from Wed 6 Aug to Tue 12 Aug 2025
- Only available in-store at Woolworths
- For $20-500 variable load cards, a limit of two per day
- For all other gift cards, a limit of ten per day
- This offer is open to everyone and does not require activation
How it works
To earn 20x points on these gift cards all you have to do is scan your Everyday Rewards card when buying them in-store at Woolworths between the dates of 6 Aug and 12 Aug 2025. Your points should be immediately credited upon payment.
Pay careful attention to the purchase limits listed above. All gift cards in this offer are subject to a ten per day limit with the exception of the $20-500 variable load TCN Kids and Active gift cards which have a lower limit of two per day.
Officially, these are overall limits but it has long been the case at Woolworths that the limits apply to each individual card, meaning you should be able to buy ten TCN Him, ten TCN Her, ten TCN Party etc gift cards each day of the promotion (provided this loophole hasn’t been closed!).
You may not see this gift card offer in your Everyday Rewards app but that’s to be expected as they typically only promote them via the Woolworths catalogue and sometimes with posters in-store. No activation or “boosting” is needed to earn the 20x points.
If you’re having trouble swapping or converting your TCN gift card, register it first then try again as that tends to fix the issue.
Both JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys will let you redeem unlimited gift cards for an in-store purchase but only JB Hi-Fi has no limit for online transactions (The Good Guys’ online limit is just two gift cards).
For online shops you will first need to swap your physical gift card for a digital gift card via the TCN website. If you get an error when trying to swap, register your card and try again.

Can the Pamper cards be used at hairdressers and nail salons? so technically anywhere where eftpos is accepted would be all of them right?
Hair and nail salons should both fall under the merchant category code ‘7230: Barber and Beauty Shops’ which is supported by the Pamper gift card. I’ve personally used them at hair salons without any issues.
Mmm I wonder if “Unofficially, TCN Pamper gift cards have been found to also work at: 5977: Cosmetic Stores” means they’ll work at Mecca or Sephora.
I’m getting a couple to use at my hair and nail salon, where I know they work, anyway so I’ll have to try them out at Mecca/Sephora.
I used one to buy a gift card at a Mecca store two weeks ago. I don’t see why it wouldn’t also work at Sephora.
Podiatrists, chiropractors and health services like Medical Centres?
There are quite a few merchant category codes for health and medicine and only a small number are listed as being supported by the Pamper card. It’s possible they might work in some cases but certainly not all.
I’ve tried them GP’s, specialist doctors and pathology places and they don’t work. Always work at physios, chiros & podiatrist.

I’m afraid not. We did just recently have a 20x points offer on Ultimate gift cards, some of which can be used on Webjet, but with these TCN gift cards there isn’t an option that would be suitable for booking flights.

For use in store, no you don’t.
To use them on JB website, yes.
What do you mean by exchange the gift card to buy on JB website?
Go the website for the TCN gift cards you bought (linked above), select JB Hi-Fi from the list of retailers and then follow the steps to swap your cards for some of JB Hi-Fi’s own digital gift cards. If you get an error swapping, register your card first and then try again.
$30 and $50 are excluded right?
No. All denominations of the gift cards listed are included.
Does anyone know if you can use the Pamper card to pay for Airbnb bookings?
I don’t believe it’s possible. Airbnb won’t let you pay off $50 or $100 at a time and you can’t use it to buy some of Airbnb’s own gift cards because they’re sold through a third-party platform that uses an incompatible merchant category code.

Can I use multi HIM cards (I have multiple $100 and $50 cards for a total of $2000 ) for one purchase at the good guys in store or do I need to convert them online to change them over to Good Guys Vouchers first?
In-store you can use them as is and there’s no limit. For online purchases you first have to swap them for some of The Good Guys’ own gift cards and you can only use up to two per transaction.
Hi, I’m new with points earning. I purchased a few HIM cards but I don’t know how to add them to the TCN app. I don’t if I strictly need to swap it for store vouchers on the TCN or Card.Gift website. I thought I could add the gift cards to my wallet or have it digital to purchase online but apparently I can’t add HIM cards to the wallet.
The physical cards cannot be added to the TCN app. For in-store purchases you swipe the physical card whilst for online purchases you must convert them to one of the participating retailer’s own gift cards via the TCN website.
