If you’re buying the Uber gift cards, don’t forget that you can retroactively apply them to past rides and orders by switching the payment method on purchases you made up to 30 days ago.

How it works
To earn 20x points on these gift cards, simply scan your Everyday Rewards card when purchasing them at Big W between 21 Nov and 27 Nov 2024. The points should be instantly credited to your account upon payment.
Note that this offer is only available in-store at Big W. You can’t buy these gift cards online or at Woolworths. You’ll find this offer advertised here on the Big W website. No activation or “boosting” is required.
Warning: Whenever these promotions are on there are always a handful of reports of people buying tampered Apple gift cards. Make sure you check your cards before you pay to see if the serial number on the inside matches the one on the outside. If they don’t match, don’t buy.

Does this mean you could get $5k in Uber Eats vouchers?
That’s right. You would likely have to pay for them across several transactions, though.
You might also like to know that TCN Shop gift cards will be 15% off at Coles from Wednesday and they can be swapped for Uber & Uber Eats gift cards. As a general rule, 15% off beats 20x points.
So, are you saying that I can buy a 100 AUD TCN Shop gift card from Coles for 85 AUD, go to Big W, and use the same gift card to buy a UBER card, and I will end up with a 100 AUD Uber card and 1000 Qantas points? Sorry its sound too good to be true, or otherwise, I am getting it wrong
That’s not what I’m saying. I’m merely pointing out that there is an arguably better offer on Uber gift cards. The TCN Shop cannot be used at Big W because it’s not one of the participating retailers for that gift card.
Today I bought the Vanilla Mastercards at Woolworths, walked across the shopping centre and purchased the Apple gifts at Big W. No probs! At Woolies the cards were out on display but as I purchased $1k worth, I had to have a supervisor approve the purchase. No issues at Big W.

If I buy a BigW gift card from the everyday gifting store with the 3% discount and 6x points at the moment, would I be able to use that gift card to buy these uber gift cards?
You can’t use Big W gift cards to buy other gift cards.
Can I use TCN gift card to purchase UberEATS card?
A TCN Eftpos gift card? Most likely. Any other type of TCN gift card? No, unless it’s one of the specific ones that can be exchanged for Uber gift cards (e.g. Him, Gift, Shop).

NRMA allows you to buy Big W or Wish Giftcards at 5% off. Can you use those to buy these Apple Gift Cards?
You can’t use any gift cards issued by Woolworths Group to purchase other gift cards.

Is the any dollar cap on the points earned potential from both Big W and everyday rewards. Ie am I able to buy $2000 worth of apple gifts cards and this will convert to 20,000 qantas points or is it capped at some point ?
The limit is just ten of each type of card, meaning you could buy as much as ten $500 Apple gift cards and ten $500 Uber gift cards for a total of $10,000 and earn yourself 100,000 Qantas points.
