How it works
Purchase any of these gift cards in-store at Coles between 14 Oct and 20 Oct 2026 and scan your Flybuys card when paying to collect 20x points per dollar spent.
At around 5-6pm on the day after your purchase you’ll receive 1x point per dollar and possibly also the 19x bonus points. However, it’s not uncommon for the bonus points to leg behind the standard points by a day or two – sometimes longer in rare cases.
You can earn up to maximum of 10,000 points during this offer, meaning you’re capped at buying a total of $500 in gift cards. There is also a purchase limit of five gift cards per day.
These gift cards are available in the following denominations:
- Webjet: $20-500 variable load
- Luxury Escapes: $100-500 variable load
- David Jones: $50, $100, $200
- Event Cinemas: $30, $50, $100, $100-500 variable load
- Village Cinemas: $30, $50, $100, $30-500 variable load
This promotion won’t be advertised in the Flybuys app, only in the Coles catalogue and on in-store posters. No activation is required as it’s open to all Flybuys members.
Warning: There has been a lot of talk recently about David Jones’ imminent insolvency. Even if these rumours are unfounded, it would be a good idea to only buy their gift cards if they’re for your own immediate use.
