If you purchased $1,500 worth of these gift cards to pay for a new Mac, iPhone etc, you would collect 30,000 Flybuys points that you could then redeem for $150 worth of groceries or 15,000 Velocity points.

How it works
Purchase any Apple gift card denominations in-store at Coles between 31 Dec 2025 and 6 Jan 2026 and you will receive 20x Flybuys points per dollar spent when you scan your Flybuys card at the checkout.
You won’t know if you’ve earned the points until they appear in your Flybuys account which usually happens the next day at around 5-6pm, although delays of a few days aren’t unheard of.
This offer is open to all Flybuys members automatically so you do not need to activate anything to be eligible to earn the 20x points.

coles flybuys promo? this is a hard no.
Why? Is there a problem with buying these for fly buys points?
They’re most likely referring to November Apple offer which Coles botched so the points took several weeks to arrive.
Be weary – half of the cards have been tampered with – make sure you check them before you leave the store, or better still, make them open them before you pay for them
The operator must open them at checkout to scan the full barcode anyway before payment, so ask them to check it to…
Will I be able to buy 4 variable cards at $500 each on one day and be fine to collect the 40,000 points?
Yes.
Is there a limit on $ value of cards that we can buy? For e.g. – can i buy $4000 worth of gift cards over a period of 2 or more days and still get 20x points?
The most you can buy in a single day is $2,500 worth of gift cards (five $20-500 cards each loaded with $500). If you want to spend $4,000 then you’ll have to either do it over two days or use two Flybuys accounts.
Do these cards sell out quickly? I’m thinking Mastercards from last week, do I need to be there at 8am?
This is the eighth Apple offer in the past two months so I don’t think you’ll have any trouble finding them. The demand for them won’t be anything like what we’ve seen with the Mastercard gift cards.

Do you think Woolies will run this again soon? Could I use a wish gift card (from Qantas marketplace) to buy the Apple gift cards?
Woolworths will very likely run another Apple offer in January. You can’t use WISH or Woolworths gift cards to purchase other gift cards.

Another page is reporting that this is not valid on the variable $ gift cards, rather only the fixed amount. Thoughts?

How quickly do the bonus points land. I purchased on the 31/12/25. Received the base points yesterday but still to receive the bonus points
It’s normal for the bonus points to lag behind the standard points by a day or two (sometimes more).
