25,000 Everyday Rewards points and $15 off each month when you sign up to Origin internet

Receive 25,000 bonus Everyday Rewards points when you sign up for an NBN or Opticomm fibre internet plan through Origin as a new customer. Plus, you’ll also get $15 off each month for the first six months and unlock a year of Paramount+.

25,000 Everyday Rewards points is equivalent to 12,500 Qantas points or $125 off your shop if redeemed at Woolworths, BWS, Big W etc.

The terms and conditions state that the points are credited approximately 45 days after you join but in my experience they usually arrive on or around day 32.

When I took up a similar offer last year, I set my connection date to be 28 days later so I ended up receiving all the points just a few days after my service commenced. I then promptly cancelled and my bill was pro-rated so I didn’t even have to pay for the whole month.

You could choose to stay with Origin for the entire six months that the $15 off discount lasts but they’re still likely going to be a bit more expensive than what you’d pay with another provider. This one is really only worth churning for the bonus points.

    1. Confirm your eligibility with Origin via live chat so you have proof but if it was over 10 months ago then you should be fine.
