American Express has brought back its additional cardholder bonus, though this time just for Qantas cards. Earn 10,000 bonus Qantas points when you add an additional card to the following:
- Qantas American Express Discovery
- Qantas American Express Premium
- Qantas American Express Ultimate
- Qantas American Express Classic
Per reports on OzBargain, you can apparently take advantage of this offer numerous times and the points are credited instantly.
Whilst the terms state that the offer is only available to those who received it, the last two times American Express ran one of these additional card bonuses they were available to everyone. It’s not entirely clear whether the same applies to this offer.
Terms and conditions
The Primary Card Member will receive 10,000 bonus Qantas Points when they apply for an Additional Card by clicking on the link on this webpage by 30 June 2024. This offer is limited to the first approved Additional Card added. 10,000 bonus Qantas Points will be awarded to the Primary Card Member’s Account 8 -10 weeks after the Additional Card is approved. The Primary Card Member cannot add an Additional Card under their own name or email address. They also cannot add an Additional Card under the name or email address of a previously approved Additional Card application on the Account. The Primary Card Member may apply for several Additional Cards across different products, but will only receive the 10,000 bonus Qantas Points for the first approved Card. Any misuse, as reasonably determined by us, relating to your Additional Card application may result in Bonus Offers being reversed, and ineligibility from future and other promotions.
