20x Everyday Rewards points on TCN Her, Party, Restaurant, Pamper, Uber and Google Play gift cards at Woolworths

Earn 20x Everyday Rewards points per dollar spent on all denominations of TCN Her, TCN Party, TCN Restaurant, TCN Pamper, Uber & Uber Eats and Google Play gift cards at Woolworths.

The TCN Her and Party gift cards work at JB Hi-Fi, whilst the TCN Restaurant can be used at almost any restaurant or eating place (officially, fast food restaurants are excluded but if you convert your physical card into a digital one you can actually use it at fast food places).

Uber & Uber Eats gift cards are very handy as you can actually apply them to orders and rides you made up to 30 days ago by switching the payment method on your past purchases.

Here are the details:

  • Runs from Wed 2 Jul to Tue 8 Jul 2025
  • Only available in-store at Woolworths
  • For TCN Restaurant gift cards, a limit of two per day
  • For all other gift cards, a limit of ten per day
  • This offer is open to everyone and does not require activation

How it works

For those who are new to these promotions, earning the 20x points is as simple as scanning your Everyday Rewards card when you buy the specific gift cards mentioned above in-store at Woolworths between 2 Jul and 8 Jul 2025. The points should instantly credit to your account upon payment.

This offer most likely won’t be shown in your Everyday Rewards app but that’s to be expected as they typically only advertise them in the Woolworths catalogue and via in-store posters. You don’t need to activate anything as all members are automatically eligible to earn the 20x points.

There’s a limit of ten gift cards per day for all gift cards in this offer with the exception of the TCN Restaurant which has a lower limit of two per day.

For those planning to use the TCN Her or Party gift cards at JB Hi-Fi, there’s no limit on the number of gift cards you can use either in-store or online but for online purchases you’ll first need to swap your TCN gift cards for some of JB Hi-Fi’s own gift cards via the TCN website.

If you’re encountering errors when trying to convert or swap your TCN gift cards online, try registering each card here first before attempting to swap them. That almost always fixes the issue.

  1. Do Woolworths ever have Air bnb gift cards as they used to? I have not seen them for a long time now!

    1. Woolworths and Coles no longer sell Airbnb gift cards as far as I can tell. The days of frequent 10-20x points offers on them appear to be well and truly over. The best you’ll do now is 3x Qantas points via Qantas Marketplace or 5% off.

    1. If you look at the list of all merchant category codes, you’ll see that ‘not elsewhere classified’ refers to those where there are more specific codes within that general category. For example, some hotels have their own specific merchant category codes but those that don’t would use ‘7011: Lodging: Hotels, Motels, Resorts: not elsewhere classified’.

  2. Pamper gift cards be used on websites like booking.com? Or do they need to be used directly on hotel websites? If so, are international websites ok?

    Reply

    1. I have heard of people successfully using TCN Pamper gift cards directly at hotels but websites like Booking.com, Agoda etc use a separate merchant category code for travel agencies (4722) which isn’t supported. As for overseas transactions, they say they’re only for use within Australia but I’m not sure if this is actually enforced or if there are any fees for foreign transactions.

  3. For TCN Restaurant gift cards, a limit of two per day – might be a dumb question but does this mean we can go back the next day and purchase 2 more and receive bonus points again?

    Reply

    1. That’s right. Each calendar day the purchase limit resets so you can buy two daily for the entire seven days that the promotion runs.

      1. Are the $50 and $100 cards both recognised under the same limit? Or could you theoretically buy two of each?

        Reply

      2. I know that when two types of gift cards are included in the same limit that you can actually buy the maximum amount for each one. For example, you should have no trouble buying ten TCN Party, ten TCN Her, ten TCN Pamper etc gift cards all on the same day with this offer.

However, I have never had the opportunity to test whether this extends to individual denominations of the same card type. If you’re willing to try it, I’d recommend buying the two $100 cards first and only proceeding with the second transaction for the two $50 cards if the checkout shows you as having earned all the points (it says so just before you pay).

  5. Does anyone know if TCN Pamper gift cards can be used at Laser Clinics Australia, either online or in-store?

  6. Does Woolies still do luxury escapes vouchers? I’ve been waiting a while for one but haven’t seen them and am waiting to book a trip. And when do you find out about next weeks vouchers on the extra points?

    Reply

    1. They still sell them as far as I can tell. Last year they ran a 20x points offer on Luxury Escapes gift cards towards the end of July so that’s a possibility (more often than not they follow the pattern set by previous years). Some Ultimate gift cards can be swapped for Luxury Escapes gift cards so offers on them are also worth keeping an eye out for.

Just note that as of June this year you can apparently only redeem up to $1,500 worth of Luxury Escapes gift cards per order unless you bought them directly on their website. I’m not sure if there’s any way around this limitation for gift cards purchased at Woolworths, Coles etc.

  7. I’ve noticed Woolies and Coles seem stopped selling most of $500 gc(e.g. restaurant/TCN/MASTER/VISA/eftpos etc), anyone knows the reason? I think it’s because of the fraud?

    Reply

    1. I’d speculate and say it is potentially because either too many points were being earned this way and it was causing issues for them, and/or they got a lot of complaints from disappointed customers who couldn’t get the cards, I was finding it almost impossible at the end of last year to get any of teh VISA/Eftpos cards, everywhere would be sold out before the promotions even ran. Or as you have said, fraud

The TCN gift cards in this offer aren’t sold in variable load denominations at Woolworths. Both Coles and Woolworths still run promotions on $500 multi-retailer and merchant category gift cards (e.g. 10% off $50-500 Restaurant Choice gift cards at Coles next week) but they are sometimes excluded or subject to lower purchase limits.

Woolworths have stopped including variable load Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos gift cards in their 10x points promotions this year but I believe that’s just because they’re the only ones that are profitable for the customer. Coles don’t sell variable load prepaid Visa, Mastercard or Eftpos gift cards but at the same time as the Woolworths offers turned awful they started offering 1,000 points instead of the usual 2,000 on $100 prepaid cards, suggesting that it’s the gift card company (InComm) who are responsible for these changes.

I think it’s because of the fraud?

I’m not convinced that’s the reason. If they were concerned about fraud they’d stop running promotions on Apple gift cards.

  8. Is there any definitive way of telling which Woolworths metro stores participate in these deals? I note that the T&C state “available in-store only at Woolworths Supermarkets and select Woolworths Metro” – but there is no guidance which metro stores are included or excluded.

    Reply

    1. I suspect they say “select” because some Metros only carry a small range of gift cards due to space limitations. If you can find any of these gift cards at a Metro then you can earn the 20x points.

    1. In may work in some cases but there are numerous merchant category codes for health and medicine, most of which won’t be supported by the Pamper gift card.

      Reply

    1. I don’t think so. The merchant category code for chemists is 5912 which isn’t known to be supported by the Pamper gift card.

  10. Hi – thanks for all these great tips! How often do these 20x offers come about? Is it like a once a year type offer or every couple of months? Just wondering how urgent I need to be with picking these up 🙂
